- A diet including fruits and vegetables, with low starch content and high flavanoids, lessens hair loss.
- A biotin rich diet or biotin supplements are very good for the hair. Biotin is essential for healthy hair and scalp and prevents hair loss in males. Biotin is present in brown rice, bulgur wheat, green peas, soybeans and sunflower seeds.
